Description - Description: The State of Vermont (hereinafter the State) is seeking proposals for the development of a Model Sewer Use Ordinance (SUO) and Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Guidance Program that address technical aspects of a SUO and incorporates best cu rrent industry standard practices.
