Description - Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, meeting areas and other items and non-personal services necessary to host the Army Special Event as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perfor m to the standards outlined in this document and resulting contract award. Each year the White House honors Medal of Honor recipient(s). Subsequently, the Secretary of the Army and Chief of Staff of the Army will host a high-level event.
