The overall vision is to improve the layout of the street to make it an easier choice for people to leav e their cars at home and walk or cycle into the city centre. Our aim is to make it more accessible for pedestrians (including people in wheelchairs and on mobility aids) and cyclists (of all abilities) and ensure routes are safe, consistent and easy to use.
