The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors with the capability to provide construction services for maintena nce dredging activities in the Monroe Harbor, located in Monroe, Michigan. Scoping statement as follows (updated 25 February 2025): Clear vegetation and remove trees at the Sterling State Park Confined Disposal Facility. Mobilize dredge to Monroe Harbor and dredge from STA 175+00 Bay to STA 76+00 River to 21 feet below LWD plus 1 foot allowable overdepth and from STA 76+00 River to STA 79+00 River and within the turning basin to 18 feet below LWD
