Description - Description: We are pleased to invite your company to submit a tender for the refurbishment and modernization of Chesham Moor Gym and Swim Centre, located at Chesham, Moor Rd, HP5 1SE.This project involves complete refurbishment of a detached single storey multipurpose building which will be retained whileintroducing internal reconfiguration of the gymnasium and construction of new changing rooms, upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and external façade improvements.There are two tender package options under consideration.
