Description - Description: This Request for Proposals (RFQ) for Progressive Design-Build Services for the design and construction of the Morgan Creek Aerial Replacement (Project) is issued by Orange Water and Sewer Authority (Owner) to invite the submittal of Prop osals according to the requirements set forth in this RFQ. The Owner is planning improvements to seven (7) gravity sanitary sewer aerial crossings located along Morgan Creek. In 2023 a condition assessment of these aerial crossings was completed after multiple failures occurred over the last several years.
