Andrew Wells Architectural Planning and Design have applied and obtained planning permission (see appendix C of theses tender documents) to proceed with the provision of disabled WC’s, storage and changing rooms facilities. Mote Park, being a Heritage site in the Maidstone Borough have obtained planning permission with some conditions to be discharged.
