The Guimaras State University, through the GAA Fund (Early Procurement Activities- EPA 2025) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Thousan d Pesos (Php 6,500,000.00) only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Motor Vehicle (Mini-Bus) for the Guimaras State University with the Solicitation Number: 24-11-0173. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2. The Guimaras State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP).
