Description - Description: We intend to acquire an inversive Ti2E spinning disk confocal microscope for our scientific institute for fundamental research knowledge acquisition. It will be coupled with the Crest Optics X-Light V3 spinning disk module, which provide s confocality by preserving the state of the samples despite high-speed imaging. The 25 mm field of view and a matching 40x water objective can be imaged with fewer tiles and high light uniformity, resulting in very high signal quality.
