Description - Description: This contract is a service contract, a single-tender framework agreement, the subject of which is the brushing and cleaning of the North Luxembourg motorway district (D21). The services are carried out on roads belonging to network I, wh ich are described in the appendix to these special specifications. The services are preventive, conditional and curative maintenance (see glossary). The services include in particular: - Preventive maintenance including: * Cleaning of linear elements organized by sections; * Cleaning of drains organized by sections; - Conditional maintenance including: * Cleaning of lined or unlined ditches, gutters, slopes and underground or unlined storm basins
