Description - Description: The Town of Mount Holly, Vermont, is seeking the services of a qualified consultant or consulting firm to conduct a housing needs study of the community and provide recommendations to address any housing issues that the study identifies. This project is funded through a Municipal Planning Grant (07110-MP-2024-Mount Holly-25) awarded by the Vermont Department of Housing and Community Development, and all work products and contracts are governed by and subject to all rules and regulations of the Municipal Planning Grant Program and the Town’s grant award, a copy of which is attached as Attachment 1.
