Description - Description: The GL 06 Biberlikopf wildlife corridor is a corridor of supra-regional importance, which is also interrupted by the N03 national road. A wildlife overpass is to be built for renovation. The selected supporting structure consists of a th ree-hinged arch made of glued laminated timber beams with a span of 57.3 m. The horizontal thrust of the arch is absorbed by tension bands under the national road. The foundation is ensured by means of concrete piles. The construction of a wooden glare protection along the N03 and the installation of the wildlife fence are also part of the current work.
