Description - Description: The subject of the service to be awarded are project control services of the project levels 1-5 according to AHO (as of March 2020) with partial services from the project preparation to the project preparation until the project is comple ted as well as the areas of action A-E for renovation work in the inventory on the MPI for molecular genetics in Berlin-Dahlem.It is planned to gradually commission individual or several performance levels.The Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics in Berlin Dahlem was designed by Prof. Rolf Gutbrod. First, towers I and II were built in 1968, in 1986 the "Turm IV" laboratory building was added and in 2013 the existing building gap was closed
