Description - Description: To realize the business strategy, BAC depends on both internal and external employees. The sourcing of the internal employees is entirely in the management of the BAC TACQ team (Talent Acquisition Team). The sourcing of the external empl oyees is partially managed by means of an MSP (Managed Service Provider). In 2018, BAC introduced the process of managing the external employees via MSP supported by a Vendor Management System (VMS) as an additional tool. BAC currently has a contract with Connecting Expertise as a Standalone VMS.
