Description - Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate a sole source, Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract to Rheinmetall Canada Inc. (CAGE 78959) in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Canada for the procurement of up to 354 quantity of Starter and Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) replacement components of the MSU-200, which includes pilot production units, production units, and ISIL spare parts. Rheinmetall is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the fielded MSU-200 and is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the MSU-200NAV. The Government intends to procure the above items under the statutory authority
