Description - In order to satisfy its electricity and natural gas needs (supply and delivery), the SDIS de la Vienne opts for the conclusion of a multi-awardee framework agreement, followed by subsequent contracts, in application of articles R 2162-7, R 2162 -9 an d R2162.10 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement is valid for 4 years from its date of notification.
