Description - Description: The authority is looking to provide a new 200 place Special Education Needs (SEN) secondary school on the identified area (see attached plan). As part of the work the successful Consultant will be required under an NEC 4 PSC Option A con tract, to undertake an options appraisal, with a view to undertake a full RIBA assessment and feasibility of the site, that will provide the best economically viable solution for the pupils, school, and the authority.A comprehensive feasibility will be required to identify what facilities will be needed for the new school.
