Description - The Order concerns the supply of Multifunctionals and Repro Machines for the locations referred to in paragraph 2.2 of these Tender Guidelines. The Tenderer must execute the Assignment in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements (Appendix 1). The Equipment must be installed and operational before the summer holidays of 2024 (no later than July 5, 2024). The Order, based on lease, consists of: 1. The turnkey delivery of Equipment; 2. Supplying toners and staples; 3. Maintaining Equipment; 4. Troubleshooting; 5. Collection of Equipment at the end of the agreement period. See tender documents
