Description - Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District seeks a Contractor to make multiple repairs to Baldhill Dam, located west of Valley City, North Dakota in Barnes County. The purpose of this construction contract is to repair multiple problems shortening the life of the dam, which include stopping water infiltration through internal cracks in the dam, repairing of concrete damage caused by the freeze-thaw cycle, and replacing corroded tainter gate skin plate splice fasteners.
