Description - Description The Municipality would like to explore new locations within the Baddeck and surrounding area for a new building. The Municipal Building currently houses 16 staff and has had to restrict growth due to the lack of available space in the cur rent facility. For planning purposes, the Municipality anticipates 25 full-time staff. The new municipal building would house the council chambers, administrative offices, and offices of the various other departments as well as staff amenities and meeting rooms.
