Description - The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement with purchase orders for roof maintenance work on historic monuments and various buildings, within the framewor k of municipal equipment, those of the Ccas and for the buildings of the Rouen Normandy Métropole. This consultation is organized within the framework of a group of orders formed by the City of Rouen and the Rouen Normandy Métropole. For this consultation specifically, it is decided that the coordinator of the Group is the City of Rouen. It is referred to in this document as “the contracting authority”
