Description - Description: The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from Proponents for a recycling audit for properties receiving curbside collection, with the option of a green and garbage waste audit for homes serviced by the T ownship of Langley (“Township” ), as further detailed herein. The successful Proponent should have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience conducting waste composition studies and providing services of a similar scope and nature.
