Description - Description: The assignment focuses on supporting owner-residents in taking at least one insulating measure in their home. This can be achieved through municipal regulations, including the Insulation Molenlanden subsidy and the current do-it-yourself action. The aim is to encourage owner-residents to make their homes more energy efficient and to lower energy costs, in line with the objectives of the Spuk Lai.The target group consists of owner-residents of homes with:1. A maximum WOZ value of € 429,300; and2. An energy label D, E, F or G, or a comparable energy state.A home is considered to be energetically comparable when at least two of the following building parts are insufficient or not
