Description - The municipality of Ommen started as a compact municipality on January 1, 2019. This means that the municipality is in charge, but outsources the implementation tasks as much as possible. An agency carries out the work for the contracting authority o n the basis of assignment. The current assignment must be adjusted because the Environmental Act will come into effect on January 1, 2024. The current assignment does not take into account the introduction of the Environmental Act, but this law does affect the products and therefore the assignment. That is why we are going to put the support for spatial procedures out to tender.
