Description - Description: This project aims to improve cyclist and pedestrian flow through Pentagon City by extending the cycle track along Army Navy Drive (from S Joyce St to S Lynn St). This project includes protected bike lanes on both sides of Army Navy Drive , wider sidewalks and accessible transit stop islands.
