Description - Description: The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to solicit for the repair and maintenance of the #1 and #2 Ship Service Turbine Generators (SSTGs) Shipboard. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of fulfilling this requirement.
