Description - Work of this contract shall include all labour, materials, construction work, site preparation and equipment, for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, work necessary for the selective demolition, modifications and new construction at the Prince Rupert Regional Hospital, BC., as indicated in the Contract Documents.A renovation to the Pharmacy Department is proposed to be built at the Prince Rupert Regional Hospital.The Pharmacy Suite will need to remain active during construction. It is therefore proposed to divide the demolition & construction work in three phases.
