Description - Description: NASA/KSC has determined that the current indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) ceiling for NASA Task Orders under the NASA Medical and Environmental Contract (NEMCON) 80KSC20D0023 is insufficient to meet agency needs through the contract period of performance. NASA/KSC intends to issue a sole-source modification to increase the IDIQ ceiling by acquiring additional capacity from HSG, LLC. This modification is supported by the statutory authority in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii).
