The "Marktraum" building, measuring around 29 x 30 m, and the associated forecourt are to be built or redesigned on the undeveloped area downstream of the Chain Bridge. The existing parking lot between Steggasse and Rechte Wienzeile will be converted into a park. The adjacent "Rechte Wienzeile" will be renovated.
