Description - Description: Transport Canada (TC) has a requirement for the provision of meeting space in Ottawa, Ontario, to host the National Canadian Marine Advisory Council meeting, every year in the fall, where approximately 500 delegates will attend the openi ng plenary session and then divide into various meeting rooms to participate in specific meetings of their choice. The CMAC event will take place over 3 days with 1 additional day, on the day before the meeting, for preparation.Meeting space requirement specifies that we need up to four (4) consecutive weekdays between Monday and Friday every year in November, during the first 3 weeks of November.
