Description - Description: Country: Bangladesh Description of the Assignment: The objective of the assignment is to support the SWAPNO team in strengthening its monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring timely data collection and analysis in line with the result framework, supporting the decision-making process, and demonstrating the project’s impact and reporting with a focus on quality.
