Description - Description: ProRail has been using brokers and suppliers for hiring professionals for years. This will also be the case in the next contract period. The current Framework Agreement will end by operation of law on 31 October 2025. ProRail needs to co ntract one broker for the purpose of deploying external staff (self-employed and secondment) across ProRail. The Agreement has a fixed term of 3 years with 2 options to extend by 3 and 2 years respectively. This brings the maximum term to 8 years. Based on the hiring history in recent years and with the hiring remaining the same, it is expected that hiring will mainly be requested in Business Operations, General ICT and Technology Project Managem
