Description - Description: Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo acting on behalf of Red Kite Learning Trust, wishes to establish a framework of providers capable of providing purchase to pay (P2P) solutions in relation to the provision of food stuffs and associated items within the UK for the Public Sector. This PIN is to announce the intention but also to invite feedback of the proposed lot structure. The term of this framework agreement will be 3 years from 17th November 2024 with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a PCR 2015 Open Procedure
