Description - Description: The Atlantic Lottery Corporation (ALC) is conducting this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) # 2024-27 on behalf of the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (ILC), its own behalf and on behalf of the following Canadian lottery corpora tions: Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), the Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) and the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) (together with ALC, RMOs). This NRFP is seeking proposals to select a supplier (Negotiations Supplier) to enter negotiations of a Framework Agreement with the RMOs for the provision of a National Gateway Service (NGS). Loto-Québec (LQ), at its option, will also be able to enter into the Framework
