Description - Description: This is a (pre)announcement that the contracting authority intends to use the procedure “negotiation procedure without announcement”. ProRail hereby invokes Article 3.36 paragraph 1 sub c under 2 in the Public Procurement Act 2012. I n order to make the track safely available after train incidents, ICB must act immediately and make the track available for use again as soon as possible.
