Description - Description: The purpose of this tender is for ProRail to have the Management & Maintenance of the manned (office) locations transferred to multiple parties with effect from 1 April 2026. The contract is divided into three lots. This is a re-tender a s a follow-up to the National Maintenance Agreement (OLO 1). An estimate has been drawn up for this contract. This estimate will be tested against the inventory of the assets that is currently being carried out by an external party. The realisation of the full scope 1 and scope 2 activities depends on the annual budget to be made available by ProRail. It is possible that the budget made available is lower than the required budget for the scope 1
