Description - Description: The Contractor shall provide overall onsite tournament event management and labor for the 2025 NVGAG Pickleball competition, part of the 39th National Veterans Golden Age Games in Memphis, Tennessee June 2-5, 2025, from 6am – 8pm daily (times include setup and breakdown). This support includes a pickleball tournament format for up to 400 Veterans in attendance. Pickleball tournament competitions will include male doubles, female doubles and mixed doubles. Athletes will compete based on age and skill divisions. There will be eight age groups (55-59,60-64,65-69,70-74,75-79,80-84,85-89,90+) that will be divided into divisions in each competition.
