Description - Description: The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the procurement of Advanced SATCOM Network Monitoring and Control (ASNMC) capability. The procurement is intended to provide a technol ogy refresh for the existing ASNMC system and a significant enhancement so as to support additional NATO static and deployable satellite ground terminals. The system allows remote monitoring and control of the satellite communication assets from a centralized location in an efficient and effective manner.
