Description - Description: The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide five deployable Broadcast, Maritime Rear Link and Ship Shore (BRASS) IP Enhancement System (BRIPES) Deployable Kits, fully ac credited of up to NATO SECRET to enable the exchange of IP-based services between Maritime Command (MARCOM) and Standing Naval Forces (SNF) Flagships via HF. The BRIPES Kits will ensure that MARCOM maintains Command and Control (C2) over the SNF Flagships in Command and Control Denied or Degraded Environment (C2D2E).
