Description - Description: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Tampa Microwave for evaluation and repair of Tampa M icrowave transceivers and modems.
