Description - Description: This announcement constitutes a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordanxce with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation". This procurement will be conducted as a partial small business set-aside in accord ance with FAR Subpart 19.5. The Government anticpates award of a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year period of performance consisting of one base year, four (4) one-year options and one six-month option to extend services.
