The DSBP2 comprises of an initial 20 school building projects and may be expanded to include further projects in the future. These school building project range from new build, replacement, refurbishment and extensions to primary and post primary schools. The NDFA intends to deliver the DSBP2 in bundles of approximately 5-7 schools each and each bundle is expected to have a construction value in the region of €75 - 120m.
