Description - Description: Single-use device designed for the beating heart placement of commercially available ePTFE sutures suitable for use as artificial chordae tendineae, as an alternative to the conventional surgical approach. Indicated for use in patients w ith grade 3+ or 4+ mitral regurgitation who are candidates for surgical mitral valve repair or replacement.
