Description - Description: The client is planning to build the new Volkstheater Rostock on the construction site between "Lange Straße", "Am Kanonsberg" and the "Am Bussebart" car park in Rostock. The planned theater is located within the historic city center nea r the former city wall / Kröpeliner Tor. Adjacent is the urbanistically striking "Haus der Schifffahrt", which was completed in 1962.
