Description - Description: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is to solicit experienced architectural design firms to provide architectural design services for the programming confirmation, planning, design and engineering for a new commiss ary building on the University’s Storrs Campus. The goal of this Project is to construct a new Commissary Building to replace the existing facility. The new building, to be located at W-Lot, will be approximately 28,800 gross square feet in size.
