Description - Description: The municipality of Lübstorf intends to build a new community center with various possible uses. The building is to be built on a free area in the center of the municipality next to the sports field, which is currently used as an unpave d parking lot.The plan envisages a central, multifunctional event room for up to 190 people, equipped with a mobile stage and the option of dividing it into up to three smaller rooms using mobile partitions. The adjacent foyer can also be included in the various uses, including as an alternative area for outdoor events in bad weather. A small kitchen complements the use for sporting events or other festivals in the open space, among other things.
