Description - Description: The Wonnegau collective municipality is building the new five-stream Seebach primary school and a two-field sports hall in the town of Osthofen on the site east of the Wonnegauhalle. The new school building is planned as a two-story, sol id-construction building without a basement. The new gymnasium will then be built as a two-story, solid-construction building with a hall section, also as a two-story, solid-construction building without a basement. The roofs of both buildings will be flat roofs or slightly sloping roofs with a surrounding parapet. The dimensions of the two-wing new school building are approx. 53.65 x 59.35 m, upper parapet approx. 8.20 m above upper floor level
