Description - Description: The purpose of this tender is to select a Contractor to design a new Albatros childcare centre in Lelystad. The elaboration of the Assignment includes, among other things, elaborating the Programme of Requirements (hereinafter PvE) on al l design disciplines from the SO to a, VO, DO and a TO, including the preparation and submission of the application for the required environmental permit for the realisation phase. The aim of the Assignment is to arrive at a good and sound TO, as well as to obtain an irrevocable environmental permit for the realisation of a new Albatros childcare centre.
