Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is the execution of extension and modernization works, major repair works, and maintenance and upkeep services for public lighting and traffic and light signals on roads of community interest, car parks or other outdoor spaces in the Roissy Pays de France Urban Community, as well as in the territory of the member municipalities.
