Description - The assignment consists of the implementation work for the realization of IKC Pius 10 in Dor-drecht, including gymnasium and schoolyard / associated outdoor space. This may include the option for maintenance work for a period of two years after deliv ery. This will be announced at the start of the award phase.The new building comprises a total of approximately 2,000 m2 GFA.
